ENDICOTT, N.Y.— Congressman Richard Hanna, representing New York’s 24th district, visited Endicott Interconnect Technologies, Inc. (EI) on Thursday, April 12th, 2012 to meet with James McNamara, President and CEO at EI, to discuss the Southern Tier’s emergence as a center of high technology in New York State.
James McNamara discussed EI, emphasizing the Company’s growth since its inception while highlighting Endicott Interconnect’s leading-edge technological capabilities in microelectronics manufacturing. “Since our inception in 2002 we’ve significantly grown our customer base. EI is putting out products that are saving lives, protecting our nation and shaping the world we live in. We truly believe that upstate New York is well on its way to becoming the ‘Silicon Valley’ of the East,” commented James McNamara.
Congressman Hanna also took a tour of Endicott Interconnect’s facilities, where he observed first-hand the technology that EI is producing. “I am thankful to Endicott Interconnect for hosting me on its campus,” U.S. Rep.
